• To detect and prevent fraud, and to keep the shop working. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• To send marketing email, only if you have opted in. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
• To measure advertising, including through Meta and Google, where you have accepted those cookies. Legal basis: consent.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts this shop; our payment providers; the couriers who deliver your parcel; our email provider; and our advertising and analytics partners where you have consented. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Support emails are kept for two years.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, and ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@lunarohome.co.uk and we respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
