Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from this shop. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Seller: [Company name], [registered address], company number [number], VAT number [if registered]. These details must be completed by the shop owner before launch.

1. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because of a pricing error or because an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. We may change prices, but never after you have placed an order.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

See our delivery page. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and 14 further days to return the goods. Our own 60-night trial is more generous and is described on the returns page.

6. Faulty goods and guarantee

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Our two-year guarantee sits on top of those rights and does not limit them.

7. Using the product

The Lunaro Halo is a decorative indoor lamp for use with a 5V USB supply. It is not a toy. Follow the safety notes on the honest facts page and in the box.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Complaints

Email hello@lunarohome.co.uk. We reply within one working day and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
