Where we ship

The United Kingdom only, for now. That includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Islands, although those can take an extra working day.

What it costs

Free on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

• Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.
• UK delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.

You will get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us. If that email has not arrived within two working days, check your spam folder and then email us.

Christmas cut-off

We publish the last order date for pre-Christmas delivery on the homepage every November. If you are ordering as a gift and you are close to the date, email us and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is marked delivered but is not with you, give it 24 hours (couriers often scan early), then email hello@lunarohome.co.uk with your order number. If it is genuinely lost, we send a replacement. You do not have to chase the courier yourself.

Please note: the trading entity, registered address and company number for this shop must be completed by the shop owner before launch.
